We are a game studio that specializes in colorful, playful and creative games! We push our limits and creativity with each new title. We are based in Istanbul but since the start of the pandemic we have been working from our homes in fully remote manner.
About you

Game Designers will be a part of the stimulating development environment of various games, with the aim of growing them into world class mobile games,

You will work closely with all departments to develop game systems and user experiences that push the boundaries of innovative designing,

You will build features from scratch, iterate according to the analytics data and improve your design throughout the life cycle of the game,
-
You will combine your excellent communication skills, your deep design knowledge with an honest and collaborative attitude to deliver content with cutting edge quality.

Research: Deconstruct systems and features in existing games,

Build: Write the documentation of various game features, user flows and wireframe prototypes,
-
Collaborate: Work closely with Product Managers and the team to define the design direction,
-
Analyze: Interpret analytics and create actionable plans for the purposes of improving various KPIs,
-
Optimize: Tune and balance Game Economy and other game systems,
-
Determine: Identify opportunities for improvements to existing game systems,
-
Open up: Be open for feedback and suggestions made by fellow team members,
-
Previous experience in casual mobile gaming genre,
-
An ongoing passion for games and have at least 3+ years of experience in the mobile game industry,
-
Knowledge in Unity engine,
-
Experience in analytics,
-
Solution-oriented and the ability to work effectively under pressure,

Passionate about playing and creating games.
